Nech\u00e1m za sebou v\u0161echen shon v\u0161edn\u00edho dne. Ni\u010d\u00edm se nezab\u00fdv\u00e1m, nepracuji, d\u00fdch\u00e1m klidn\u011b.<br \/>\nUv\u011bdom\u00edm si, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b te\u010f, jak zde sed\u00edm, na m\u011b B\u016fh s l\u00e1skou pohl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed a d\u00e1v\u00e1 mi \u017eivot. Pokud je to pro m\u011b nyn\u00ed obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 uv\u011bdomit si moji p\u0159\u00edtomnost tady a te\u010f, zvol\u00edm si n\u011bkter\u00e9 z uv\u011bdomovac\u00edch cvi\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e9 mi mohou pomoci intenzivn\u011bji pro\u017e\u00edvat v\u011bdom\u00ed Bo\u017e\u00ed p\u0159\u00edtomnosti.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>Dv\u011b cvi\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e1 mohou pomoci v t\u00e9to f\u00e1zi modlitby:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #339966; text-decoration: underline;\">Uv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed si t\u011blesn\u00fdch vjem\u016f:<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Posad\u00edme se vzp\u0159\u00edmen\u011b na \u017eidli \u010di na medita\u010dn\u00ed stoli\u010dku. Na\u0161e p\u00e1te\u0159 m\u00e1 b\u00fdt vzp\u0159\u00edmen\u00e1, ne v\u0161ak k\u0159e\u010dovit\u011b napjat\u00e1. Na\u0161e chodidla vn\u00edmaj\u00ed dotyk se zem\u00ed, ruce spo\u010d\u00edvaj\u00ed voln\u011b na stehnech, nebo z nich m\u016f\u017eeme utvo\u0159it misku: lev\u00e1 dla\u0148 spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v prav\u00e9, palce obou rukou se lehce dot\u00fdkaj\u00ed. Zrak nech\u00e1me spo\u010dinout na zemi zhruba metr p\u0159ed sebou.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008000;\"> Pokus\u00edme se nav\u00e1zat kontakt s vjemy v r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech sv\u00e9ho t\u011bla. Od chodidel postupujeme vzh\u016fru a sna\u017e\u00edme se uv\u011bdomit si pocity, kter\u00e9 jsme schopni zaregistrovat v t\u00e9 kter\u00e9 jednotliv\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti t\u011bla od nohou, rukou, bedern\u00ed oblasti, hrudn\u00edku, cel\u00e9 p\u00e1te\u0159e a\u017e po hlavu a obli\u010dej. C\u00edt\u00edme-li v n\u011bkter\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b nap\u011bt\u00ed, nen\u00ed t\u0159eba, abychom ho v\u011bdom\u011b uvol\u0148ovali, pouze si je na chv\u00edli uv\u011bdom\u00edme. Nakonec se pokus\u00edme uv\u011bdomit si celkovou pozici sv\u00e9ho t\u011bla, jeho dotyk se zem\u00ed, s podlo\u017ekou, \u017eidl\u00ed \u010di stoli\u010dkou, na kter\u00e9 spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1me.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008000;\"> Poc\u00edt\u00edme-li nutk\u00e1n\u00ed se pohnout, zm\u011bnit polohu, sta\u010d\u00ed si ho op\u011bt jen uv\u011bdomit a pokud to je mo\u017en\u00e9, setrvat v klidu. I v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee nutk\u00e1n\u00ed podlehneme a pohneme se, vr\u00e1t\u00edme se pak zp\u011bt k vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed pocit\u016f v jednotliv\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech t\u011bla.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008000;\"> Pokusme se uv\u011bdomit si, jak je dobr\u00e9 tady b\u00fdt. Nemuset nic d\u011blat, jen b\u00fdt.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008000;\"> Zpozorujeme-li, \u017ee se dostavuje rozpt\u00fdlen\u00ed a na\u0161e my\u0161lenky, fantazie, vzpom\u00ednky n\u00e1s odv\u00e1d\u00ed pry\u010d, pokusme se op\u011bt si jen uv\u011bdomit: \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b mysl\u00edm, \u017ee se vrh\u00e1m za vzpom\u00ednkou na n\u011bjakou ud\u00e1lost ze dne, kter\u00e1 mne zas\u00e1hla, \u017ee u\u017e zase pl\u00e1nuji a vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00edm si obraz situac\u00ed, jak by se mohly odehr\u00e1t a nech\u00e1v\u00e1m se t\u00edm odv\u00e1d\u011bt od pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edtomnosti. Na\u0161e my\u0161lenky, emoce, vzpom\u00ednky jsou d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 a n\u011bco n\u00e1m sd\u011bluj\u00ed. Nejde o to, abychom je p\u0159i meditaci potla\u010dovali, nejde v\u0161ak ani o to, abychom je v dan\u00e9 chv\u00edli podrobn\u011b analyzovali a ka\u017edou z nich slep\u011b n\u00e1sledovali. V\u017edy, kdy\u017e zpozorujeme, \u017ee se nech\u00e1v\u00e1me un\u00e1\u0161et sv\u00fdm my\u0161lenkov\u00fdm \u010di afektivn\u00edm sv\u011btem, uv\u011bdom\u00edme si to a vr\u00e1t\u00edme se k na\u0161emu prost\u00e9mu cvi\u010den\u00ed ve vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed skute\u010dnosti tady a te\u010f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Tomuto cvi\u010den\u00ed je v\u017edy dobr\u00e9 v\u011bnovat n\u011bkolik minut na za\u010d\u00e1tku meditace.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #339966; text-decoration: underline;\">Uv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed si dechu:<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Nejprve si na n\u011bkolik minut uv\u011bdomujeme sv\u00e9 t\u011blesn\u00e9 vjemy jako v p\u0159edchoz\u00edm cvi\u010den\u00ed. P\u0159ejdeme k uv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed si vlastn\u00edho d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed: pokus\u00edme se vn\u00edmat vzduch vstupuj\u00edc\u00ed a vystupuj\u00edc\u00ed z na\u0161ich nozder.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008000;\"> Nem\u00e1me sv\u016fj dech jak\u00fdmkoliv zp\u016fsobem ovliv\u0148ovat, prohlubovat \u010di zklid\u0148ovat, nejde o dechov\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed. Sta\u010d\u00ed, kdy\u017e si sv\u016fj dech uv\u011bdom\u00edme. M\u016f\u017ee n\u00e1m pomoci, kdy\u017e si na za\u010d\u00e1tku stanov\u00edme, \u017ee si nenech\u00e1me uj\u00edt ani jedin\u00fd vdech a v\u00fddech. Kdykoli n\u00e1s n\u011bco vyru\u0161\u00ed, vr\u00e1t\u00edme se zp\u011bt k vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00e9ho dechu.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008000;\"> Dech je n\u00e1\u0161 velik\u00fd p\u0159\u00edtel. Tak\u00e9 Bo\u017e\u00ed p\u0159\u00edtomnost si m\u016f\u017eeme uv\u011bdomovat skrze sv\u016fj dech. Jako variantu tohoto cvi\u010den\u00ed si p\u0159i ka\u017ed\u00e9m v\u00fddechu m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159edstavovat, jak vydechujeme v\u0161echny sv\u00e9 negativn\u00ed pocity a strachy a s v\u00fddechem do sebe vdechujeme n\u011bco z on\u00e9 \u0161t\u011bdr\u00e9 a Bohem nezi\u0161tn\u011b rozd\u00edlen\u00e9 Bo\u017e\u00ed energie, moci a p\u0159\u00edtomnosti.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #008000;\"> Dech je jednou z nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch \u201ev\u011bc\u00ed\u201c, kter\u00fdmi n\u00e1s B\u016fh vybavil do \u017eivota. Dech je v\u016fbec znamen\u00edm \u017eivota: dokud d\u00fdch\u00e1m, \u017eiji. Pokusme se tedy \u010das od \u010dasu pro\u017e\u00edt vd\u011b\u010dnost za tento dar, za dar \u017eivota, kter\u00fd se dechem obnovuje.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/div>\n<p>M\u00e1m-li pocit, \u017ee jsem se do jist\u00e9 m\u00edry zti\u0161il, pokus\u00edm se formulovat vlastn\u00edmi slovy asi takovouto p\u0159\u00edpravnou modlitbu:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Bo\u017ee, ty jsi nekone\u010dn\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed a zcela jin\u00fd ne\u017e si dovedu p\u0159edstavit, p\u0159edstupuji p\u0159ed tebe zde p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9ho a p\u0159eji si, abys ve mn\u011b p\u016fsobil. Dop\u0159ej, abych nast\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed \u010das meditace mohl pro\u017e\u00edt tak dob\u0159e, jak je to jen mo\u017en\u00e9, abych v n\u011bm byl p\u0159\u00edtomen sv\u00fdm nitrem, city i my\u0161lenkami. Tv\u016fj svat\u00fd Duch a\u0165 mne uv\u00e1d\u00ed do hloubky tajemstv\u00ed tv\u00e9 l\u00e1sky, abych st\u00e1le v\u00edce \u010derpal z plnosti \u017eivota, kterou n\u00e1m nab\u00edz\u00ed\u0161 ve sv\u00e9m vzk\u0159\u00ed\u0161en\u00e9m Synu.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<em> Lectio + meditatio<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pomalu a opakovan\u011b pro\u010d\u00edt\u00e1m zvolen\u00fd text a zastav\u00edm se u m\u00edsta, ver\u0161e, kter\u00e9 mne zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b oslovuj\u00ed. Mohu se naj\u00edt v ur\u010dit\u00e9 postav\u011b, jde-li o p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh, \u010di v jedin\u00e9m ver\u0161i nebo slovu. Jestli\u017ee ve mn\u011b n\u011bjak\u00e1 pas\u00e1\u017e vyvolala bolest, radost, zlost nebo \u00fat\u011bchu, uv\u011bdom\u00edm si tyto pocity a dovol\u00edm s\u00e1m sob\u011b, abych je opravdu pro\u017eil. Pro\u017eiji je do hloubky a p\u0159edlo\u017e\u00edm je Bohu.<br \/>\nKdy\u017e jsem ur\u010dit\u00fd \u00fasek textu \u201evychutnal\u201c, vyt\u011b\u017eil z n\u011bj, co bylo mo\u017en\u00e9, pokra\u010duji v \u010detb\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Na rozd\u00edl od jin\u00fdch (pr\u00e1v\u011b tak adekv\u00e1tn\u00edch) p\u0159\u00edstup\u016f k biblick\u00e9mu textu, v meditaci jde o to, aby se co nejl\u00e9pe setrvalo u jednoho v\u00fdroku, obrazu, \u010di sc\u00e9ny. <span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u201eNebo\u0165 nenasycuje a neuspokojuje du\u0161i, jestli\u017ee mnoho v\u00ed, n\u00fdbr\u017e poci\u0165uje-li a zakou\u0161\u00ed v\u011bci vnit\u0159n\u011b\u201c<\/span> (Ign\u00e1c, DC 2). Nesetrv\u00e1me-li, pak se to, co jsme pr\u00e1v\u011b objevili, ztrat\u00ed v hou\u0161ti neklidn\u00fdch my\u0161lenek a t\u011bkav\u00fdch dojm\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em> 3.<\/em><em> Contemplatio<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dobr\u00e1 meditace \u010dasto vy\u00fast\u00ed v p\u0159irozen\u00fd dialog s Bohem. Nen\u00ed \u0159e\u010deno, \u017ee tento dialog m\u00e1 zapot\u0159eb\u00ed mnoha slov \u2013 tak jako mezi p\u0159\u00e1teli je n\u011bkdy prost\u00e9 gesto, pohled atd. mnohem d\u016fv\u011brn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm a \u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00edm pochopen\u00ed, existuj\u00edc\u00edho vztahu, i ve vztahu s Bohem je mo\u017en\u00e9 komunikovat beze slov.<\/p>\n<p>Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 v\u011bdom\u011b uzav\u0159\u00edt dobu meditace. Na z\u00e1v\u011br pozvolna opust\u00edm medita\u010dn\u00ed postoj, meditaci mohu ukon\u010dit kr\u00e1tk\u00fdm \u00faklonem a slovn\u011b formulovanou modlitbou (nap\u0159. Ot\u010den\u00e1\u0161) nebo jin\u00fdm navykl\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem.<\/p>\n<p>4. <strong>Ohl\u00e9dnut\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bezprost\u0159edn\u011b po ka\u017ed\u00e9 meditaci se doporu\u010duje na n\u011bjakou dobu (asi \u010dtvrt hodiny) p\u0159ehl\u00e9dnout zp\u011btn\u011b \u010das str\u00e1ven\u00fd meditac\u00ed a uv\u011bdomit si, co se b\u011bhem n\u011bj odehr\u00e1lo. Pokusme se p\u0159esn\u011bji vn\u00edmat, kter\u00e9 pocity, vhledy, my\u0161lenky, ot\u00e1zky nebo kter\u00e9 touhy se projevily. Uv\u011bdomme si jasn\u011bji vlastn\u00ed stav: Co ve mn\u011b vyvolala meditace jako celek? Co mnou pohnulo?
