Jalics<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ve f\u00e1zi vnit\u0159n\u00edho o\u010di\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed v duchovn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b hraj\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u00ed roli vlastnosti a rozd\u00edl mezi modlitbou prekontemplativn\u00ed a kontemplativn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Prekontemplativn\u00ed je prvn\u00ed ze dvou \u00fasek\u016f duchovn\u00edho \u017eivota. Duchovn\u00ed pokrok se b\u011bhem n\u011bm uskute\u010d\u0148uje prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm vlastn\u00edho \u00fasil\u00ed. Vy\u017eaduje reflexi, hodnocen\u00ed, zpytov\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u011bdom\u00ed i rozli\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed, rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed\u00a0 a p\u0159edsevzet\u00ed do budoucna. Tato p\u0159edsevzet\u00ed b\u00fdvaj\u00ed obnovov\u00e1na a uv\u00e1d\u011bna do praxe &#8211; dokud nedos\u00e1hneme \u017e\u00e1dan\u00e9 zm\u011bny a na\u0161e l\u00e1ska a na\u0161e v\u00edra dostate\u010dn\u011b nezes\u00edl\u00ed. Nam\u00edsto \u00fasil\u00ed vyv\u00edjen\u00e9ho za \u00fa\u010delem duchovn\u00edho pokroku je t\u0159eba pouze hled\u011bt k Bohu a zanechat v\u0161eho ostatn\u00edho. Jde o velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd rozd\u00edl.<\/p>\n<p>V kontemplativn\u00ed f\u00e1zi je cel\u00e9 na\u0161e \u00fasil\u00ed nasm\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1no pouze k tomu, abychom se dostali do kontaktu s Bohem. V\u0161e ostatn\u00ed p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed samo, je n\u00e1sledkem, obdarov\u00e1n\u00edm. Nemus\u00edme se d\u00e1l p\u0159ehnan\u011b starat o pozemsk\u00fd b\u011bh v\u011bc\u00ed, ale ne proto\u017ee se st\u00e1v\u00e1me ne\u010dinn\u00fdmi lidmi, ale proto\u017ee na\u0161e jedn\u00e1n\u00ed u\u017e nedoprov\u00e1z\u00ed d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u00fazkost a neklid. Krok za krokem na\u0161e \u010dinnost p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1 b\u00fdt podm\u00edn\u011bna hled\u00e1n\u00edm v\u00fdsledk\u016f a zvolna miz\u00ed i nap\u011bt\u00ed, kter\u00e9 vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 snaha o dosa\u017een\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Ob\u011b podoby duchovn\u00edho \u017eivota maj\u00ed vztah k nitru \u010dlov\u011bka, tj. k tomu, co tvo\u0159\u00ed lidskou &#8222;sko\u0159\u00e1pku&#8220;, temnou vrstvu a dobr\u00e9 j\u00e1dro. Mimo povrch-slupku se nach\u00e1z\u00ed sf\u00e9ra prekontemplativn\u00ed, zat\u00edmco uvnit\u0159, pod obalem, je oblast kontemplace. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee v z\u00f3n\u011b nach\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed se mimo tento obal m\u00e1 hodnotu v\u0161e, co slou\u017e\u00ed k tomu, abychom zm\u011bnili sv\u011bt: v t\u00e9to vrstv\u011b je na m\u00edst\u011b zab\u00fdvat se t\u00edm, jak dos\u00e1hnout ur\u010dit\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tak se chov\u00e1me v ka\u017edodenn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b a kdy\u017e n\u00e1s n\u011bco ru\u0161\u00ed, sna\u017e\u00edme se pochopit d\u016fvod a situaci zm\u011bnit. Uvnit\u0159 slupky, tedy v temn\u00e9 vrstv\u011b pod povrchem \u010di p\u0159\u00edmo v dobr\u00e9m j\u00e1dru nen\u00ed mo\u017eno ani myslet, ani jednat. Kdy\u017e za\u010dneme myslet nebo jednat, ocit\u00e1me se zp\u00e1tky v z\u00f3n\u011b mimo vlastn\u00ed nitro.<\/p>\n<p>Jak se m\u00e1me chovat, kdy\u017e jsme vstoupili do oblasti kontemplace?<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm je mo\u017en\u00e9 se d\u00edvat. Jde o ryze duchovn\u00ed aktivitu, j\u00ed\u017e nem\u00e1 b\u00fdt ni\u010deho dosa\u017eeno. D\u00edvat se v\u017edy znamen\u00e1 i zanech\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dehosi a p\u0159ivr\u00e1cen\u00ed se k n\u011b\u010demu.<\/p>\n<p>Za druh\u00e9 je mo\u017en\u00e9 d\u016fv\u011b\u0159ovat.<\/p>\n<p>Za t\u0159et\u00ed je mo\u017en\u00e9 milovat. Ne v\u0161ak l\u00e1skou, jak j\u00ed obvykle rozum\u00edme, ale l\u00e1skou, kter\u00e1 po druh\u00e9m nic nechce. Roste p\u0159irozen\u011b, kdy\u017e setrv\u00e1me v nahl\u00ed\u017een\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Za \u010dtvrt\u00e9 je mo\u017en\u00e9 trp\u011bt. Kdy\u017e se d\u00edv\u00e1me na h\u0159\u00edch a jsme ochotni trp\u011bt a milovat, h\u0159\u00edch je vykoupen a nevr\u00e1t\u00ed se zp\u011bt.<\/p>\n<p>B\u011bhem meditace se postupn\u011b zklid\u0148ujeme a tak se bl\u00ed\u017e\u00edme ke svrchn\u00ed slupce, o n\u00ed\u017e jsme mluvili a kter\u00e1 p\u0159edstavuje odpor k na\u0161emu h\u0159\u00edchu. Jestli\u017ee si udr\u017e\u00edme vn\u00edmavost, sko\u0159\u00e1pka chr\u00e1n\u00edc\u00ed plod se rozlom\u00ed a vstoup\u00edme do z\u00f3ny, kterou jsme nazvali temnou vrstvou. V n\u00ed zakou\u0161\u00edme na\u0161e negativn\u00ed pocity, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s odd\u011bluj\u00ed od Boha a od druh\u00fdch lid\u00ed. Tento pohled je obr\u00e1cen k dobr\u00e9mu j\u00e1dru, k Bo\u017e\u00ed p\u0159\u00edtomnosti. Kdy\u017e se d\u00edv\u00e1me, sestupujeme st\u00e1le hloub\u011bji, a\u017e k temn\u00e9 vrstv\u011b, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1m p\u016fsob\u00ed utrpen\u00ed. Abychom z\u016fstali v kontemplaci, mus\u00edme tomuto utrpen\u00ed dovolit, aby zde bylo a sn\u00e9st je.
