St\u00e1v\u00e1 se prostupn\u00e9 pro Bo\u017e\u00edho Ducha. \u010clov\u011bk n\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed P\u00e1nu, nejen podle du\u0161e, ale i podle t\u011bla. My t\u011blo pouze <em>nem\u00e1me<\/em>, n\u00fdbr\u017e t\u011blem <em>jsme. <\/em>A chceme-li se otev\u0159\u00edt Bohu, mus\u00edme za\u010d\u00edt t\u011blem. Chceme-li n\u00e1le\u017eet P\u00e1nu, mus\u00ed to b\u00fdt i t\u011blesn\u011b citeln\u00e9. P\u016fst posv\u011bcuje t\u011blo a posl\u00e9ze vede \u010dlov\u011bka p\u0159ed Bo\u017e\u00ed tr\u016fn. Stav\u00ed n\u00e1s do Bo\u017e\u00ed p\u0159\u00edtomnosti. Udr\u017euje otev\u0159enou r\u00e1nu, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1s udr\u017euje v pohybu sm\u011brem k Bohu, abychom p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 rychle nehledali uspokojen\u00ed sv\u00e9 touhy n\u011bkde jinde, u lid\u00ed nebo u sv\u011btsk\u00e9 kr\u00e1sy. P\u016fst n\u00e1s chr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed zakr\u00fdv\u00e1n\u00edm on\u00e9 r\u00e1ny, nedovol\u00ed, abychom ji vycpali n\u00e1hra\u017ekov\u00fdmi uspokojen\u00edmi. D\u00e1v\u00e1 n\u00e1m t\u011blesn\u011b poc\u00edtit na\u0161e nejhlub\u0161\u00ed ur\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee jsme toti\u017e na cest\u011b k Bohu a \u017ee jen On m\u016f\u017ee ukojit n\u00e1\u0161 nejvnit\u0159n\u011bj\u0161\u00ed neklid.<!--more--><br \/>\nCh\u00e1p\u00e1n\u00ed postu u c\u00edrkevn\u00edch otc\u016f vych\u00e1z\u00ed z p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed o jednot\u011b du\u0161e i t\u011bla. P\u016fst vede nejen k duchovn\u00edmu m\u00edru, ale i k m\u00edru t\u011bla: nen\u00ed zat\u011b\u017eov\u00e1no nadm\u011brn\u00fdm tr\u00e1ven\u00edm a jeho pudy jsou dr\u017eeny na uzd\u011b.<br \/>\nP\u016fst je tedy tak\u00e9 bojem s v\u00e1\u0161n\u011bmi a ne\u0159estmi. V postu sv\u00e9ho protivn\u00edka v sob\u011b teprve objevuji. Dobr\u00fdm j\u00eddlem a pit\u00edm mohu mnoh\u00e9 potla\u010dit. Ale hluboko v srdci mi sed\u00ed neradostn\u00e1 pr\u00e1zdnota a nem\u016f\u017ee se v\u016fbec dostat na povrch. V postu se setk\u00e1v\u00e1m se sebou sam\u00fdm, s nep\u0159\u00e1teli sv\u00e9 du\u0161e, s t\u00edm, co mne vnit\u0159n\u011b uja\u0159muje. Jde o pozn\u00e1n\u00ed toho, co m\u011b vlastn\u011b dr\u017e\u00ed, jak\u00e1 nosn\u00e1 s\u00edla mne nese. Sn\u00edm\u00e1m slupku, kter\u00e1 kryje m\u00e9 v\u00ed\u0159\u00edc\u00ed my\u0161lenky a city. Tak m\u016f\u017ee vyj\u00edt na povrch v\u0161e, co je ve mn\u011b: m\u00e1 nespln\u011bn\u00e1 p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed a touhy, my\u0161lenky krou\u017e\u00edc\u00ed jen kolem mne sam\u00e9ho, m\u00e9ho \u00fasp\u011bchu, majetku, zdrav\u00ed, m\u00e9ho sebepotvrzen\u00ed, kolem m\u00fdch cit\u016f jako je hn\u011bv, ho\u0159kost a smutek. M\u00e9 r\u00e1ny, aktivitou, sebe\u00fat\u011b\u0161n\u00fdmi prost\u0159edky nebo j\u00eddlem a pit\u00edm pracn\u011b p\u0159ikryt\u00e9, se n\u00e1hle otev\u0159ou. V\u0161echno potla\u010den\u00e9 vyjde najevo. Tak zjist\u00edm, kde mus\u00edm za\u010d\u00edt s bojem. Jde nakonec o to, zda p\u0159enech\u00e1me vl\u00e1du nad sebou Bohu nebo satanovi.<br \/>\nT\u011blesn\u00fd p\u016fst mus\u00ed b\u00fdt spojen s postem my\u0161lenkov\u00fdm. Chceme-li \u017e\u00edt bohulib\u00fd p\u016fst, mus\u00edme se chr\u00e1nit p\u0159ed ka\u017ed\u00fdm \u0161patn\u00fdm slovem, klevetou, odsuzov\u00e1n\u00edm. O\u010distit sv\u00e9 srdce p\u0159ed ka\u017edou zlobou a z\u00e1vist\u00ed.<br \/>\nPrav\u00fd p\u016fst vede \u010dlov\u011bka k poko\u0159e. Samo pozn\u00e1n\u00ed vlastn\u00edho st\u00ednu je u\u017e cesta za pokorou. Pozn\u00e1v\u00e1me jasn\u011b, \u017ee jsme lid\u00e9 t\u011blem i du\u0161\u00ed, a nad sv\u00e9 t\u011blo se nem\u016f\u017eeme povzn\u00e9st. Rovn\u011b\u017e n\u00e1m p\u016fst p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1, \u017ee nem\u016f\u017eeme t\u011blo odvrhovat nebo s n\u00edm libovoln\u011b zach\u00e1zet. Mus\u00edme jej p\u0159ijmout, pr\u00e1v\u011b v jeho pot\u0159ebnosti. V postu stoj\u00edme tv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed v tv\u00e1\u0159 vlastn\u00ed nedostate\u010dnosti.<br \/>\nP\u016fst je vyslovov\u00e1n jedn\u00edm dechem s modlitbou a almu\u017enou. V\u0161echny skutky zbo\u017enosti maj\u00ed cenu, jsou-li kon\u00e1ny ve skrytosti. Kdy\u017e je kon\u00e1me p\u0159ed o\u010dima lid\u00ed, pak jimi nep\u0159ekra\u010dujeme vlastn\u00ed ego, pouze p\u0159esunujeme svou touhu po moci, uplatn\u011bn\u00ed a uzn\u00e1n\u00ed na jinou \u00farove\u0148.<\/p>\n<p>Zintenzivn\u011bn\u00ed modlitby je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm ovocem postu. Modlitba u\u017e nen\u00ed jenom z\u00e1le\u017eitost hlavy, ale zauj\u00edm\u00e1 celou moji existenci. \u00dap\u00edm k Bohu t\u011blem i du\u0161\u00ed, a vyzn\u00e1v\u00e1m, \u017ee tu s\u00e1m nic nezmohu, \u017ee jsem odk\u00e1z\u00e1n jedin\u011b na Bo\u017e\u00ed pomoc. P\u016fst n\u00e1s uschop\u0148uje k soucitu a milosrdenstv\u00ed, v n\u011bm vpou\u0161t\u00edme druh\u00e9 do nejzraniteln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti na\u0161\u00ed bytosti. Modlitba spojen\u00e1 s postem nen\u00ed modlitbou v odstupu, n\u00fdbr\u017e vyr\u016fst\u00e1 tak\u00e9 z poran\u011bn\u00ed druh\u00fdm \u010dlov\u011bkem. V postu sestupuji do propasti sv\u00e9ho nitra, do sv\u00e9 bezmoci, abych tam narazil na propast druh\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka a vlo\u017eil ji, spolu s mou vlastn\u00ed, do Bo\u017e\u00edho milosrdenstv\u00ed.<br \/>\nP\u016fst, jako ka\u017ed\u00fd dobr\u00fd prost\u0159edek, v sob\u011b skr\u00fdv\u00e1 i ur\u010dit\u00e1 nebezpe\u010d\u00ed.<br \/>\nPrvn\u00edm je jist\u00e1 negace \u017eivota. U\u017e si nic nedop\u0159ejeme, proto\u017ee n\u011bkde na sv\u011bt\u011b je n\u011bkdo, kdo m\u00e1 je\u0161t\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b. \u010clov\u011bk chod\u00ed s trvale \u0161patn\u00fdm sv\u011bdom\u00edm, \u017ee by si snad mohl od\u0159\u00edkat je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edc. To je u\u017e negativn\u00ed postoj k \u017eivotu, v kter\u00e9m nez\u016fstal prostor pro slaven\u00ed sv\u00e1tk\u016f, \u010dlov\u011bk m\u011b\u0159\u00ed druh\u00e9 m\u00edrou vlastn\u00edho od\u0159\u00edk\u00e1n\u00ed a nakonec jim nedop\u0159eje nic.<br \/>\nDruh\u00fdm nebezpe\u010d\u00edm je negativn\u00ed postoj k t\u011blu. \u010casto \u010dlov\u011bk svoj\u00ed vzpouru proti tomu, jak jej B\u016fh stvo\u0159il, s\u00e1m nevid\u00ed, nebo\u0165 sv\u016fj p\u016fst n\u00e1bo\u017eensky motivuje. Prav\u00fd p\u016fst spojuje t\u011blo a du\u0161i, aby mezi nimi nebylo sv\u00e1ru, aby byli v harmonii. K tomu je v\u0161ak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, p\u011bstovat v\u016f\u010di sv\u00e9mu t\u011blu postoj vnit\u0159n\u00ed svobody. Kdo vyhovuje pouze sv\u00fdm z\u00e1kladn\u00edm pud\u016fm, ned\u011bl\u00e1 sv\u00e9mu t\u011blu dobrou slu\u017ebu.<br \/>\nP\u016fst je prost\u0159edkem, kter\u00fd n\u00e1s spolu s almu\u017enou a modlitbou uv\u00e1d\u00ed do spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho vztahu k Bohu a lidem. P\u0159i n\u011bm uskute\u010d\u0148ujeme svou existenci tvor\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou stvo\u0159eni Bo\u017e\u00ed rukou a teprve v Bohu najdou sv\u00e9 napln\u011bn\u00ed, tvor\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed se nezastavuj\u00ed u dar\u016f, n\u00fdbr\u017e usiluj\u00ed o sam\u00e9ho D\u00e1rce, jen\u017e je vlastn\u00edm c\u00edlem jejich touhy.<br \/>\nText je inspirov\u00e1n knihou Anselma Gr\u00fcna <em>P\u016fst<\/em>, kterou vydalo Karmelit\u00e1nsk\u00e9 nakladatelstv\u00ed v Kosteln\u00edm Vyd\u0159\u00ed v roce 1995.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>P\u016fst je l\u00e9kem pro t\u011blo i pro du\u0161i.
