Tot\u00e9\u017e plat\u00ed pro kn\u011bze a \u0159eholn\u00edky ostatn\u00edch spiritualit &#8211; kdo chce b\u00fdt kn\u011bzem \u010di \u0159eholnic\u00ed, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt hleda\u010dem Boha.<br \/>\nJe sp\u00ed\u0161e vz\u00e1cnost\u00ed, kdy\u017e se na po\u010d\u00e1tku formace u n\u011bkoho d\u00e1 hovo\u0159it o ji\u017e zral\u00e9 a dob\u0159e strukturovan\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti duchovn\u00edho \u017eivota. <!--more-->Je sp\u00ed\u0161e pravidlem, \u017ee kandid\u00e1ti p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed do semin\u00e1\u0159e \u010di k bran\u00e1m kl\u00e1\u0161ter\u016f z mnoha nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f: slou\u017eit druh\u00fdm lidem, pracovat s mlad\u00fdmi, proto\u017ee miluj\u00ed liturgii, anebo je ovlivnil p\u0159\u00edklad jejich far\u00e1\u0159e \u010di sester, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed ve farnosti, proto\u017ee prod\u011blali v\u00fdznamnou zku\u0161enost modlitby na n\u011bjak\u00e9m hromadn\u00e9m setk\u00e1n\u00ed, a\u0165 charismatick\u00e9m, na Sv\u011btov\u00fdch dnech ml\u00e1de\u017ee \u010di v Taiz\u00e9&#8230; Tato sm\u011bs r\u016fznorod\u00fdch motivac\u00ed je na po\u010d\u00e1tku zcela norm\u00e1ln\u00ed, ale b\u011bhem formace by se jednotliv\u00e9 motivace m\u011bly ujasnit a kde to bude zapot\u0159eb\u00ed, tak\u00e9 pro\u010distit.<br \/>\n\u00dast\u0159edn\u00ed ot\u00e1zkou, kterou si m\u00e1me polo\u017eit, je, zda v t\u00e9to \u0159ad\u011b motivac\u00ed je cosi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9ho, co m\u00e1 n\u011bco do \u010din\u011bn\u00ed s Bohem. Je mezi nimi obsa\u017eena n\u011bjak\u00e1 autentick\u00e1 zku\u0161enost s Bohem, touha po Bohu \u010di alespo\u0148 hlubok\u00e9 tu\u0161en\u00ed, jak je B\u016fh pro m\u016fj \u017eivot d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd? Dot\u00fdk\u00e1 se p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b toto tu\u0161en\u00ed re\u00e1ln\u00e9 existence a osobnosti kandid\u00e1ta? Nen\u00ed od v\u011bci nechat si vypr\u00e1v\u011bt o dosavadn\u00edch duchovn\u00edch zku\u0161enostech a tak\u00e9 o pocitech, kter\u00e9 je prov\u00e1zely. Pr\u00e1v\u011b v t\u00e9to oblasti lze toti\u017e snadn\u011bji zahl\u00e9dnout, nakolik byla ta kter\u00e1 zku\u0161enost autentick\u00e1 a hlubok\u00e1 a zda v n\u00ed je \u010di nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edtomno jak\u00e9si j\u00e1dro, na n\u011bm\u017e lze p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b d\u00e1l stav\u011bt.<br \/>\nJak jsme ji\u017e \u0159ekli, zdaleka ne v\u0161echny osoby se z\u00e1jmem o kn\u011b\u017estv\u00ed \u010di zasv\u011bcen\u00fd \u017eivot p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed ji\u017e na vysok\u00e9m stupni duchovn\u00ed zralosti. Av\u0161ak bez ur\u010dit\u00e9ho vnit\u0159n\u00edho pnut\u00ed, t\u00edhnut\u00ed k zasl\u00edben\u00e9mu magis, nem\u016f\u017ee vyr\u016fst prav\u00e1 duchovn\u00ed osobnost. V \u0159eholn\u00ed komunit\u011b \u010di v semin\u00e1\u0159i se toto hled\u00e1n\u00ed Boha a duchovn\u00ed touhy mohou rozvinout, ale mus\u00ed tu b\u00fdt v z\u00e1sad\u011b cosi p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9ho u\u017e na po\u010d\u00e1tku hled\u00e1n\u00ed. Toto duchovn\u00ed j\u00e1dro ji\u017e p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9 v osobnosti kandid\u00e1ta m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt d\u00e1l kultivov\u00e1no a obohacov\u00e1no, ale nem\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt \u201evyrobeno.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.\tStabiln\u00ed identita<\/strong><br \/>\nJedn\u00edm z nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch p\u0159edpoklad\u016f pro zasv\u011bcen\u00fd \u017eivot je rozvoj osobn\u00ed identity. Na n\u00ed toti\u017e stav\u00ed citov\u00e1 zralost, schopnost vztahu a sebedaru, schopnost st\u00e1t se zdravou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed komunity a \u0159\u00eddit se zdrav\u00fdm \u00fasudkem. Pracovat na vlastn\u00ed identit\u011b je velmi slo\u017eit\u00fd proces, kter\u00fd op\u011bt za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 dlouho p\u0159ed kn\u011b\u017eskou \u010di \u0159eholn\u00ed formac\u00ed, j\u00ed\u017e je ovliv\u0148ov\u00e1n a stimulov\u00e1n a pokra\u010duje i po kn\u011b\u017esk\u00e9m sv\u011bcen\u00ed \u010di \u0159eholn\u00edch slibech.<br \/>\nV\u00fdraz identita znamen\u00e1 v z\u00e1sad\u011b se zn\u00e1t, \u010di c\u00edtit se \u201eve sv\u00e9 k\u016f\u017ei&#8220;, m\u00edt zdrav\u00fd vztah k sob\u011b samotn\u00e9mu. Znamen\u00e1 um\u011bt zach\u00e1zet s vlastn\u00edm my\u0161lenkov\u00fdm sv\u011btem, neb\u00fdt bezradn\u00fd tv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed tv\u00e1\u0159 vlastn\u00edmu jedn\u00e1n\u00ed a pocit\u016fm, v\u011bd\u011bt odkud jsem vy\u0161el a b\u00fdt schopen \u0159\u00edci, kam bych si p\u0159\u00e1l j\u00edt. P\u0159edem po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1me s t\u00edm, \u017ee sou\u010dasn\u00e1 postmodern\u00ed kultura formov\u00e1n\u00ed stabiln\u00ed identity zt\u011b\u017euje. Dnes hovo\u0159\u00edme o tekut\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti, o kol\u00e1\u017eovit\u00e9 identit\u011b. Hlubok\u00e1 existenci\u00e1ln\u00ed nejistota a strach z rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed dnes prov\u00e1z\u00ed \u0159adu mlad\u00fdch lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed st\u00e1le v\u00edce odsouvaj\u00ed definitivn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed. Podobn\u011b i proces psychick\u00e9ho zr\u00e1n\u00ed a v\u00fdvoje, kter\u00fd d\u0159\u00edve obvykle kon\u010dil kolem 20-25 let, se dnes posunul sp\u00ed\u0161e ke 30 let\u016fm a n\u011bkdy i d\u00e1le.<br \/>\nUtv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed identity je ambivalentn\u00ed proces, kter\u00fd se nevyhne \u0159ad\u011b nap\u011bt\u00ed, v nich\u017e je t\u0159eba nal\u00e9zt propojen\u00ed mezi duchovn\u00edm sv\u011btem a ostatn\u00edmi oblastmi lidsk\u00e9ho \u017eivota. Duchovn\u00ed zku\u0161enost a rozhodnut\u00ed pro ur\u010dit\u00e9 povol\u00e1n\u00ed jsou toti\u017e pouze jedn\u00edm aspektem lidsk\u00e9 identity, aspektem, kter\u00fd je \u010dasto v protikladu s dal\u0161\u00edmi \u010detn\u00fdmi \u017eivotn\u00edmi fragmenty a konstelacemi hodnot, s nimi\u017e se kandid\u00e1t setk\u00e1v\u00e1 ve sv\u00e9m voln\u00e9m \u010dase, mezi p\u0159\u00e1teli, v rodin\u011b, prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm sd\u011blovac\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f a toto v\u0161e bezpochyby ovliv\u0148uje hlubok\u00e9 vrstvy na\u0161\u00ed osobnosti. Jestli\u017ee tyto r\u016fzn\u00e9 prvky, kter\u00e9 jsou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed na\u0161\u00ed identity, nebudou mezi sebou v\u00e9st dialog, riskujeme, \u017ee na\u0161e z\u00e1sadn\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed pro tu \u010di onu cestu ztrat\u00ed v ur\u010dit\u00e9 chv\u00edli svou p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010divost, bude poci\u0165ov\u00e1no jako n\u011bco ciz\u00edho a nakonec bude opu\u0161t\u011bno. St\u00e1le v\u00edce se hovo\u0159\u00ed o \u201enarativn\u00ed identit\u011b&#8220;: nakolik jsem schopen vypr\u00e1v\u011bt o sv\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b druh\u00fdm lidem, dost\u00e1v\u00e1 m\u016fj \u017eivot i pro mne nov\u00fd smysl, vznik\u00e1 ur\u010dit\u00e1 osobn\u00ed identita. R\u016fzn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dky identity maj\u00ed b\u00fdt vypr\u00e1v\u011bn\u00edm poskl\u00e1d\u00e1ny do smyslupln\u00e9ho celku.<br \/>\n\u00dalohou form\u00e1tora je doprov\u00e1zet tento proces rozv\u00edjen\u00ed osobn\u00ed identity a napomoci kandid\u00e1tovi verbalizovat nevyhnuteln\u00e1 nap\u011bt\u00ed, kter\u00e1 toto hled\u00e1n\u00ed doprov\u00e1z\u00ed, ot\u00e1zky a s nimi spojen\u00e9 konfliktn\u00ed body, tak aby se mohly st\u00e1t sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u00e9to narativn\u00ed identity.
