Jde o zcela norm\u00e1ln\u00ed obdob\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro utv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed osobnosti. Lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed si jimi pro\u0161li, se pak obvykle c\u00edt\u00ed zralej\u0161\u00ed a schopn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed l\u00e9pe \u017e\u00edt pro druh\u00e9.<br \/>\nTato obdob\u00ed nelze zam\u011b\u0148ovat s narcisismem, kde p\u0159eva\u017euje krou\u017een\u00ed kolem sebe sam\u00fdch, sklon k dramatizaci vlastn\u00edho pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a sebest\u0159ednosti, p\u0159ehnan\u00e1 p\u00e9\u010de o sebe a vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed druh\u00fdch lid\u00ed k vlastn\u00edmu prosp\u011bchu. <!--more-->V tomto postoji lze t\u011b\u017eko nezi\u0161tn\u011b b\u00fdt s druh\u00fdmi lidmi, komunita je zneu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na jako prost\u0159ed\u00ed sebeprosazen\u00ed. Za t\u00edmto narcisistn\u00edm chov\u00e1n\u00edm se \u010dasto skr\u00fdv\u00e1 velmi k\u0159ehk\u00e1 a rozt\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011bn\u00e1 osobnost, kter\u00e1 pot\u0159ebuje pomoc zven\u010d\u00ed, aby sv\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed upravila. Je t\u0159eba \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee kn\u011b\u017esk\u00e1 slu\u017eba i \u0159eholn\u00ed \u017eivot vy\u017eaduje schopnost sebedaru, l\u00e1sky a \u00facty k druh\u00e9mu \u010dlov\u011bku, tedy schopnosti, kter\u00e9 narcisistn\u00ed osobnost nen\u00ed schopna rozvinout.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.\tSpiritualita spole\u010denstv\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Struktury, ve kter\u00fdch dnes pracujeme i \u017eijeme, jsou obvykle velmi komplexn\u00ed a vy\u017eaduj\u00ed schopnost spolupr\u00e1ce. Nejde o \u010dist\u011b praktickou z\u00e1le\u017eitost, ale o spiritualitu spole\u010denstv\u00ed, kterou m\u00e1 p\u011bstovat jak \u0159eholn\u00ed komunita, tak kn\u011bz, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 b\u00fdt ve sv\u00e9 farnosti slu\u017eebn\u00edkem spole\u010denstv\u00ed a jednoty &#8211; k tomu je ov\u0161em zapot\u0159eb\u00ed, aby doty\u010dn\u00e9 osoby poznaly a na vlastn\u00ed k\u016f\u017ei zakusily zdrav\u00fd komunitn\u00ed \u017eivot, kter\u00fd nevznik\u00e1 jen t\u00edm, \u017ee spolu n\u011bkde bydl\u00ed \u010di pracuje skupina k\u0159es\u0165an\u016f. Zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 u kn\u011b\u017e\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt probl\u00e9m d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed formace k tomu, aby dok\u00e1zal b\u00fdt osam\u011bl\u00fdm bojovn\u00edkem na vinici P\u00e1n\u011b, \u017e\u00edt v duchovn\u00ed i praktick\u00e9 osam\u011blosti stylem \u017eivota, kter\u00fd se t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 neli\u0161\u00ed od \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu dne\u0161n\u00edch singles. Proto se tak\u00e9 mnoz\u00ed komunitn\u00edho \u017eivota boj\u00ed, i kdy\u017e po n\u011bm sou\u010dasn\u011b i tou\u017e\u00ed. Je to d\u00e1no i t\u00edm, \u017ee duchovn\u00ed dimenze spole\u010dn\u00e9ho \u017eivota je n\u00e1m z v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti dnes ciz\u00ed a bylo by t\u0159eba, abychom k n\u00ed postupn\u011b dosp\u011bli, proto\u017ee je sv\u011bdectv\u00edm a sou\u010dasn\u011b p\u0159\u00edtomnost\u00ed Krista (nikoliv tedy jen z praktick\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f).<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.\tOchota se u\u010dit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uveden\u00e9 p\u0159edpoklady t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd kandid\u00e1t ve chv\u00edli, kdy vstupuje do semin\u00e1\u0159e nebo se st\u00e1v\u00e1 sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u0159eholn\u00edho spole\u010denstv\u00ed, obvykle nem\u00e1. Je t\u0159eba, aby se k nim pro\u017eil, aby jich nabyl, ob\u010das tedy se zna\u010dn\u00fdmi obt\u00ed\u017eemi. Tato schopnost kr\u00e1\u010det, vyv\u00edjet se, \u010din\u00ed z kandid\u00e1ta prav\u00e9ho duchovn\u00edho poutn\u00edka.<br \/>\nJednou z kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch ot\u00e1zek, kterou si tedy mus\u00edme kl\u00e1st ve chv\u00edli, kdy\u017e m\u00e1me n\u011bkoho p\u0159ijmout do semin\u00e1\u0159e \u010di do procesu \u0159eholn\u00ed formace zn\u00ed: Chce se tenhle \u010dlov\u011bk tak\u00e9 n\u011bco nau\u010dit? Je ochotn\u00fd vstoupit do onoho sou\u010dasn\u011b duchovn\u00edho i lidsk\u00e9ho procesu, kter\u00fd \u010dasto vede ke zpochybn\u011bn\u00ed na\u0161ich obvykl\u00fdch postoj\u016f, v\u00fdchodisek, p\u0159edstav? Je ochotn\u00fd na sob\u011b n\u011bco m\u011bnit a ch\u00e1pat formaci jako celo\u017eivotn\u00ed proces, kter\u00fd nekon\u010d\u00ed \u0159eholn\u00edmi sliby \u010di kn\u011b\u017esk\u00fdm sv\u011bcen\u00edm? Negativn\u00ed odpov\u011b\u010f na tyto ot\u00e1zky obvykle doprov\u00e1z\u00ed zn\u00e1mky ur\u010dit\u00e9 pasivity ze strany kandid\u00e1ta, rigidnost a siln\u011b obrann\u00e9 postoje jako sou\u010d\u00e1st z\u00e1kladn\u00ed struktury osobnosti.
