Vzhledem k sou\u010dasn\u00e9 popularit\u011b v\u0161eho indick\u00e9ho a orient\u00e1ln\u00edho by se takov\u00fd po\u010din mohl jevit jako pom\u011brn\u011b zbyte\u010dn\u00fd, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b kdy\u017e vych\u00e1zej\u00ed st\u00e1le nov\u00e9 knihy, report\u00e1\u017ee a cestopisy o Indii nejr\u016fznej\u0161\u00edho obsahu a zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed. P\u0159esto zde sv\u00e9 cestovn\u00ed z\u00e1znamy uve\u0159ej\u0148uji, abych se pod\u011blila o z\u00e1\u017eitky a zku\u0161enosti, kter\u00e9 pro \u0159adu lid\u00ed Indi\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b dot\u010den\u00fdch mohou b\u00fdt st\u00e1le je\u0161t\u011b poutav\u00e9 a neot\u0159el\u00e9. Jak\u00e9koliv m\u00e9dium v\u010detn\u011b fotografie a filmu m\u016f\u017ee podat jen velice chab\u00fd obraz i zcela v\u0161edn\u00edch a ka\u017edodenn\u00edch situac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 s nezvyklou intenzitou \u00fato\u010d\u00ed na v\u0161echny p\u0159ecitliv\u011bl\u00e9 smysly i zleniv\u011bl\u00fd smysl pro logiku z\u00e1padn\u00edho \u010dlov\u011bka. P\u0159i sledov\u00e1n\u00ed filmu si snad div\u00e1k m\u016f\u017ee ud\u011blat p\u0159edstavu o barv\u00e1ch, pohybech \u010di zvuc\u00edch, ale jen st\u011b\u017e\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee skute\u010dn\u011b proc\u00edtit ono neust\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed lepiv\u00e9 vedro, nepopsateln\u00e9 a netu\u0161en\u011b v\u0161epronikaj\u00edc\u00ed pachy, pocit m\u00edrn\u00e9 letargie p\u0159i osmihodinov\u00e9m \u010dek\u00e1n\u00ed na zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00fd vlak, nap\u011bt\u00ed p\u0159i pokusu o p\u0159ekon\u00e1n\u00ed ru\u0161n\u00e9 indick\u00e9 ulice \u010di pocit setk\u00e1n\u00ed s n\u011b\u010d\u00edm zcela jin\u00fdm p\u0159i pokusu zapamatovat si zp\u016fsob, j\u00edm\u017e je z\u00e1hodno zaobch\u00e1zet s n\u011bjak\u00fdm obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b zaj\u00edmav\u00fdm formul\u00e1\u0159em. S trochou nads\u00e1zky je mo\u017eno \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee sv\u011bt je rozd\u011blen na lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed po Indii necestovali, a na lidi, kter\u00fdm se tohoto t\u011b\u017eko popsateln\u00e9ho z\u00e1\u017eitku dostalo. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1m, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fdch \u010dten\u00e1\u0159\u016f m\u00fdch z\u00e1pisk\u016f pat\u0159\u00ed k prvn\u00ed \u2013 v obdob\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b mezi prvn\u00edm a\u017e t\u0159et\u00edm t\u00fddnem cesty by \u010dlov\u011bk \u0159ekl \u0161\u0165astn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u2013 skupin\u011b. Se zv\u011bdavost\u00ed naslouch\u00e1 vypr\u00e1v\u011bn\u00ed ji\u017e iniciovan\u00fdch p\u0159\u00e1tel \u010di koleg\u016f a je p\u0159ekvapen zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm, \u017ee Indie je podle v\u0161eho zem\u011b, kter\u00e1 dok\u00e1\u017ee i jinak ost\u0159\u00edlen\u00e9ho ba\u0165\u016f\u017ek\u00e1\u0159e zcela znechutit, zcela nadchnout a \u010dasto oboj\u00ed z\u00e1rove\u0148. Vyvolen\u00ed jedinci se zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edm povol\u00e1n\u00edm k \u017eivotu indologa si pak dovedou trvale udr\u017eet sv\u00e9 p\u016fvodn\u00ed nad\u0161en\u00ed i po n\u00e1vratu z cesty a Indii si zamilovat. P\u0159\u00edstup n\u00e1s ostatn\u00edch nepovolan\u00fdch je jin\u00fd \u2013 po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed pocity sice ur\u010dit\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem p\u0159etrvaj\u00ed, ale jsou uvedeny na pravou m\u00edru pro\u017eit\u00fdm st\u0159etem s indickou realitou a jejich temn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed str\u00e1nky se prohloub\u00ed: Nap\u011bt\u00ed nar\u016fst\u00e1 netu\u0161en\u00fdch rozm\u011br\u016f. Obavy jsou \u017eiveny vzpom\u00ednkami na prod\u011blan\u00e9 \u00fatrapy a choroby. O\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed se m\u011bn\u00ed v t\u00ed\u017eiv\u00fd pocit zoufalstv\u00ed, nebo\u0165 \u010dlov\u011bk ji\u017e s velkou ur\u010ditost\u00ed v\u00ed, co m\u016f\u017ee o\u010dek\u00e1vat. Tu\u0161en\u00ed jinakosti a exoti\u010dna se obrac\u00ed v mu\u010divou jistotu jinakosti a exoti\u010dna. Exoti\u010dno se r\u00e1zem za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 jevit jako cosi ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edho a nejl\u00e1kav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed krajinou sv\u011bta se st\u00e1v\u00e1 mdl\u00e1 \u010desk\u00e1 pastvina, ob\u00fdvan\u00e1 poklidn\u011b p\u0159e\u017evykuj\u00edc\u00edmi strakat\u00fdmi kravkami.<br \/>\nJe-li \u010dlov\u011bk p\u0159esto okolnostmi donucen k opakov\u00e1n\u00ed cesty do Indie, je nanejv\u00fd\u0161 doporu\u010diteln\u00e9 cestovat po Indii ve skupink\u00e1ch &#8211; pak je toti\u017e v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u0161ance, \u017ee i p\u0159i \u00fatoku n\u011bjak\u00e9ho zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b z\u00e1ke\u0159n\u00e9ho mikroba z\u016fstane n\u011bkdo, kdo je schopen doj\u00edt pro vodu a zavolat doktora. S bl\u00ed\u017e\u00edc\u00edm se term\u00ednem odjezdu se takov\u00e9 skupinky za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed setk\u00e1vat a pozvolna se zab\u00fdvat organizac\u00ed cesty. Odoln\u00ed a povolan\u00ed jedinci s pobaven\u00edm sd\u00edlej\u00ed sv\u00e9 bizarn\u00ed z\u00e1\u017eitky z p\u0159edchoz\u00edch cest a vypadaj\u00ed, \u017ee se na cestu i sv\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem t\u011b\u0161\u00ed. Ostatn\u00ed komplikuj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravy svou rozpolcenost\u00ed mezi pocitem zodpov\u011bdnosti za sv\u011b\u0159en\u00fd \u00fakol, j\u00edm\u017e se jim cesta st\u00e1v\u00e1, a touhou vyt\u011bsnit v\u011bdom\u00ed kr\u00e1t\u00edc\u00edho se \u010dasu a odlo\u017eit v\u0161echny organiza\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitosti na posledn\u00ed chv\u00edli.<br \/>\nTakto rozpolcen\u00e1 osoba se \u010dasto je\u0161t\u011b na posledn\u00ed chv\u00edli v\u011bdom\u011b \u010di podv\u011bdom\u011b sna\u017e\u00ed p\u0159ivodit si n\u011bjak\u00fd \u00faraz \u010di chorobu \u010di se jinak zneschopnit k cestov\u00e1n\u00ed. Pak je ji\u017e mo\u017en\u00e9 se bez v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch pr\u016ftah\u016f odebrat na leti\u0161t\u011b a doufat.<br \/>\nCelou dobu letu si pak \u010dlov\u011bk m\u016f\u017ee u\u017e\u00edvat pocit \u010distoty a klidu a d\u011bkovat za ka\u017edou minutu, kdy jsou k n\u011bmu jeho bl\u00ed\u017en\u00ed v\u00edce m\u00e9n\u011b slu\u0161n\u00ed a ohledupln\u00ed. S velkou intenzitou je mo\u017eno proc\u00edtit t\u011bch p\u00e1r posledn\u00edch chvil, kter\u00e9 zb\u00fdvaj\u00ed do okam\u017eiku, kdy bude nezbytn\u00e9 opustit chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00fd prostor leti\u0161t\u011b a vrhnout se do davu nedo\u010dkav\u011b \u010d\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00edch rik\u0161\u00e1k\u016f, taxik\u00e1\u0159\u016f a heloufrend\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed se v\u00e1m budou pokou\u0161et prodat cokoliv, ale v ka\u017ed\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b za nesmyslnou cenu. Pokud je \u010dlov\u011bk nav\u00edc studentem indologie, dost\u00e1v\u00e1 se mu mo\u017enosti rozj\u00edmat nad smyslem a ur\u010den\u00edm vlastn\u00edho \u017eivota a nad neuspo\u0159\u00e1danost\u00ed sv\u00fdch n\u00e1klonost\u00ed v rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed a sm\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed. Je-li d\u016fkladn\u00fd, m\u016f\u017ee si v z\u00e1v\u011bru sv\u00e9ho rozj\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed pevn\u011b um\u00ednit, \u017ee p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed o sm\u011bru sv\u00e9 \u017eivotn\u00ed cesty bude u\u010din\u011bno uv\u00e1\u017eliv\u011bji, zodpov\u011bdn\u011bji a za p\u0159ihl\u00e9dnut\u00ed ke v\u0161em zjistiteln\u00fdm okolnostem.<br \/>\nOdhodl\u00e1-li se ale \u010dlov\u011bk ke skoku do t\u00ed\u017eiv\u00e9 ka\u017edodenn\u00ed reality \u017eivota ba\u0165\u016f\u017ek\u00e1\u0159e v Indii, zjist\u00ed, \u017ee skute\u010dnost je mnohem m\u00e9n\u011b hroziv\u00e1, ne\u017e se na prvn\u00ed pohled mohlo zd\u00e1t. Ne snad, \u017ee by se nikdy neust\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed pok\u0159ikov\u00e1n\u00ed heloufrend\u016f zd\u00e1lo m\u00e9n\u011b otravn\u00e9 \u010di logika indick\u00e9 ka\u017edodennosti pochopiteln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u2013 to jen mysl v r\u00e1mci sebez\u00e1chovy odvrhne v\u0161echny zbyte\u010dn\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky a my\u0161lenky a situaci prost\u011b p\u0159ijme. Oko otu\u017een\u00e9 \u010dast\u00fdmi zm\u011bnami kontextu a cestov\u00e1n\u00edm za\u010dne vn\u00edmat \u0161p\u00ednu, hluk a cizost jako cosi v\u0161edn\u00edho a samoz\u0159ejm\u00e9ho. Smysly obejdou my\u0161len\u00ed a za\u010dnou p\u0159irozen\u011b reagovat na zn\u00e1mou podez\u0159elou sm\u011bsici pach\u016f a jin\u00fdch vjem\u016f a s jistotou podobnou instinkt\u016fm ta\u017en\u00e9ho ptactva \u010dlov\u011bka neomyln\u011b vedou tam, kam pot\u0159ebuje. Ob\u010das je cestovatel i mile a ne\u010dekan\u011b p\u0159ekvapen, kdy\u017e mu n\u011bkdo opravdu vr\u00e1t\u00ed drobn\u00e9, kdy\u017e ho rik\u0161\u00e1k odveze p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b na spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 m\u00edsto a kdy\u017e si s n\u00edm n\u011bkdo pov\u00edd\u00e1 a v\u016fbec nic za to ani od n\u011bj nechce.
