I ony k\u00a0n\u00e1m pat\u0159\u00ed, d\u00e1vaj\u00ed n\u00e1m s\u00edlu \u010delit probl\u00e9m\u016fm a vz\u00edt \u017eivot do sv\u00fdch rukou.<\/p>\n<p>\u0158\u00edd\u00ed, koho si pust\u00edme k\u00a0t\u011blu a od koho si zachov\u00e1me odstup. Vyu\u017e\u00edt agresi jako \u017eivotn\u00ed s\u00edlu neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee budeme na lidi kolem sebe k\u0159i\u010det, ale \u017ee stanov\u00edme jasn\u00e9 hranice a \u017ee se pust\u00edme do v\u011bc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je t\u0159eba ud\u011blat. Jestli\u017ee agresi potla\u010dujeme, nebo se j\u00ed nech\u00e1me ovl\u00e1dnout, projev\u00ed se tento stav jako zloba, vztek a z\u00e1\u0161\u0165. Jsme proti v\u0161emu a v\u0161em, nespokojen\u00ed, nic n\u00e1m nen\u00ed dost dobr\u00e9.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Agrese je p\u0159itom vedle sexuality nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed energie. Proto vy\u017eaduje zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di a zp\u016fsoby zach\u00e1zen\u00ed. Kdo ji potla\u010duje, tomu chyb\u00ed \u017eivost a \u010dasto propad\u00e1 depres\u00edm. Kdo si sv\u00e9 agrese nen\u00ed v\u011bdom, ventiluje ji nev\u011bdom\u011b, nez\u0159\u00eddka pod pl\u00e1\u0161t\u00edkem zbo\u017enosti. Takov\u00ed lid\u00e9 si \u010dasto p\u0159ej\u00ed, aby ti, kdo vykl\u00e1daj\u00ed bibli jinak ne\u017e oni, byli potrest\u00e1ni. Svou agresi neintegrovali do vlastn\u00edho duchovn\u00edho \u017eivota, av\u0161ak nev\u011bdom\u011b, zato velmi tvrd\u011b ji vyb\u00edjej\u00ed zd\u00e1liv\u011b ve jm\u00e9nu Bo\u017e\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>Setkal jsem se tak\u00e9 s\u00a0mno\u017estv\u00edm lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed byli na prvn\u00ed pohled velmi p\u0159\u00e1tel\u0161t\u00ed, za p\u0159\u00e1telskou fas\u00e1dou v\u0161ak byly c\u00edtit hroty pln\u00e9 agrese, kter\u00e1 z\u00a0nich vych\u00e1zela. Jejich agrese je pasivn\u00ed. Navenek byli skute\u010dn\u011b plni \u00fasm\u011bv\u016f, ale pot\u00e9, co jsem s\u00a0nimi hodinu mluvil, jsem byl agresivn\u00ed. P\u0159itom \u010dlov\u011bku vyvst\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159ed o\u010dima obraz osoby, kter\u00e1 mu zp\u016fsobila p\u0159\u00edko\u0159\u00ed. N\u011bkdy trv\u00e1 del\u0161\u00ed dobu a m\u011bn\u00ed se v\u00a0z\u00e1\u0161\u0165, kter\u00e1 zp\u016fsobuje no\u010dn\u00ed m\u016fry. V\u011bt\u0161inou p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed oslaben\u00ed t\u011bla a vede k\u00a0zanedb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed stravy. \u010clov\u011bk j\u00ed posti\u017een\u00fd je bled\u00fd a ve snech ho st\u00e1le usilovn\u011bji pron\u00e1sleduj\u00ed obrazy, v nich\u017e ho napadaj\u00ed divok\u00e1, jedovat\u00e1 zv\u00ed\u0159ata.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Smutek k\u00a0\u010dlov\u011bku pat\u0159\u00ed, nejsme st\u00e1le jen plni radosti. Smutku bychom se nem\u011bli vyh\u00fdbat, a\u0165 u\u017e jde o z\u00e1rmutek nad smrt\u00ed bl\u00edzk\u00fdch, smutek z\u00a0toho, \u017ee ne\u017eijeme sv\u016fj \u017eivot tak, jak bychom si p\u0159\u00e1li, nebo smutek zp\u016fsoben\u00fd ztr\u00e1tou jin\u00fdch iluz\u00ed o sv\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b. V\u0161echny tyto smutky pat\u0159\u00ed k\u00a0procesu zr\u00e1n\u00ed a n\u011bkdy mohou b\u00fdt \u017eivnou p\u016fdou pro tv\u016fr\u010d\u00ed pr\u00e1ci.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e se v\u0161ak se sv\u00fdm smutkem nevyrovn\u00e1me, stane se z\u00a0n\u011bj trudnomyslnost. Evagrius smutek od trudnomyslnosti odli\u0161uje. Trudnomyslnost ch\u00e1pe jako sebel\u00edtost, kdy se zab\u00fdv\u00e1me jen sami sebou, litujeme se, zd\u00e1 se n\u00e1m, \u017ee je v\u0161echno \u0161patn\u011b a nikdo se o n\u00e1s nestar\u00e1. Smutek se m\u011bn\u00ed v\u00a0slzy a ty n\u00e1s o\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed, trudnomyslnost si pouze na\u0159\u00edk\u00e1. Evagrius ji p\u0159irovn\u00e1v\u00e1 k\u00a0mal\u00e9mu d\u00edt\u011bti, kter\u00e9 pl\u00e1\u010de, proto\u017ee mu n\u011bkdo vzal hra\u010dku. Trudnomysln\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk nedok\u00e1\u017ee Bohu prominout, \u017ee mu nesplnil v\u0161echna p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed. Uv\u00e1zl v\u00a0d\u011btinsk\u00e9 pla\u010dtivosti, nam\u00edsto aby zkusil vyu\u017e\u00edt mo\u017enosti, kter\u00e9 mu \u017eivot nab\u00edz\u00ed. Proto\u017ee se nepln\u00ed, reaguje \u010dlov\u011bk smutkem jako ura\u017een\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>z knihy A.
