Proto z\u00a0Evagriov\u00fdch spis\u016f ne\u010di\u0161\u00ed stroh\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edsnost, ale l\u00e1ska, pozornost a radost z\u00a0na\u0161eho povol\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00fdm je sjednocen\u00ed s\u00a0Bohem v modlitb\u011b. Z\u00a0jeho slov je c\u00edtit touha po Bohu. Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hodnotou, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk dos\u00e1hnout je moci se neru\u0161en\u011b bez rozptylov\u00e1n\u00ed modlit k\u00a0Bohu, po tom tou\u017e\u00ed mni\u0161i cel\u00fdm sv\u00fdm srdcem.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>\u201eSkute\u010dn\u00e1 modlitba \u010din\u00ed mnicha podobn\u00e9ho and\u011bl\u016fm, nebo\u0165 on sna\u017en\u011b tou\u017e\u00ed po tom, pat\u0159it na sv\u00e9ho Otce, kter\u00fd je v\u00a0nebes\u00edch.\u201c <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>\u201eBla\u017een\u00e1 du\u0161e, kter\u00e1, kdy\u017e se bez rozptylov\u00e1n\u00ed modl\u00ed, poci\u0165uje st\u00e1le hlub\u0161\u00ed touhu po Bohu.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>\u201eChce\u0161 se opravdov\u011b modlit? Vzdal se tedy od v\u011bc\u00ed tohoto sv\u011bta. Tv\u00fdm domovem je nebe. Tam m\u00e1\u0161 \u017e\u00edt nejen sv\u00fdmi slovy, ale and\u011blsk\u00fdmi \u010diny a st\u00e1le hlub\u0161\u00edm pozn\u00e1n\u00edm Boha.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>C\u00edlem duchovn\u00ed cesty mnicha je sjednocen\u00ed s\u00a0trojjedin\u00fdm Bohem. Evagrius to naz\u00fdv\u00e1 kontemplac\u00ed trojjedin\u00e9ho Boha. Cesta t\u00e9to kontemplace vede od vyjit\u00ed z\u00a0Egypta &#8211; ze z\u00e1vislosti h\u0159\u00edchu -, p\u0159es pobyt na pou\u0161ti, kde mnich z\u00e1pas\u00ed se sv\u00fdmi v\u00e1\u0161n\u011bmi, do zasl\u00edben\u00e9 zem\u011b. Tam pozn\u00e1 mnich kontemplaci v\u0161ech skute\u010dnost\u00ed, tj. \u017ee uvid\u00ed z\u00e1klad v\u0161ech v\u011bc\u00ed a pozn\u00e1 Boha ve v\u0161ech v\u011bcech. C\u00edlem duchovn\u00ed cesty je Si\u00f3n, obraz kontemplace Trojice. V\u00a0trojjedin\u00e9m Bohu \u010dlov\u011bk p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0sob\u011b samotn\u00e9mu, zde pozn\u00e1v\u00e1 sv\u00e9 prav\u00e9 byt\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e p\u0159elo\u017e\u00edme Evagriovo u\u010den\u00ed do sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho jazyka, \u0159\u00edk\u00e1: Opravdovou terapi\u00ed pro na\u0161e probl\u00e9my a r\u00e1ny je modlitba. V\u00a0modlitb\u011b a v kontemplaci p\u0159eru\u0161\u00edme identifikaci se sv\u00fdmi my\u0161lenkami a pocity. Dokud jsme sv\u00e1z\u00e1ni se sv\u00fdmi pocity, dokud jsme z\u00e1visl\u00ed na dobr\u00e9m zdravotn\u00edm stavu, dokud se identifikujeme se sv\u00fdm strachem, \u017e\u00e1rlivost\u00ed, sv\u00fdm hn\u011bvem a sv\u00fdmi depresemi, do t\u00e9 doby budou na\u0161\u00edm trval\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem, od n\u011bho\u017e se nebudeme moci oprostit.<\/p>\n<p>Teprve tehdy, kdy\u017e poc\u00edt\u00edme, \u017ee vlastn\u00ed skute\u010dnost le\u017e\u00ed hloub\u011bji, \u017ee B\u016fh je nejhlub\u0161\u00ed realita, osvobod\u00edme se od sep\u011bt\u00ed s\u00a0na\u0161imi probl\u00e9my. Nebo\u0165 nesta\u010d\u00ed, kdy\u017e um\u00edme jen l\u00e9pe zach\u00e1zet se sv\u00fdmi probl\u00e9my. Skute\u010dn\u011b se uzdrav\u00edme teprve tehdy, kdy\u017e pozn\u00e1me sv\u00e9 prav\u00e9 byt\u00ed, kdy\u017e sv\u00fdm srdcem dojdeme k\u00a0pozn\u00e1n\u00ed toho, \u017ee nejsme ur\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00fdmi vztahy, probl\u00e9my a strachy, ale obrazem, kter\u00fd si B\u016fh o n\u00e1s vytvo\u0159il. A nad t\u00edmto spiritu\u00e1ln\u00edm j\u00e1 nemaj\u00ed vztahy, pocity a v\u00e1\u0161n\u011b \u017e\u00e1dnou moc.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0modlitb\u011b se m\u016f\u017eeme pono\u0159it do prostoru klidu, v\u00a0n\u011bm\u017e je ji\u017e v\u0161e zdrav\u00e9 a \u00fapln\u00e9, v\u00a0n\u011bm\u017e c\u00edt\u00edme uprost\u0159ed v\u0161ech zran\u011bn\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edko\u0159\u00ed hlubok\u00fd m\u00edr.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>z knihy A.
