Jen do toho, p\u0159\u00e1tel\u00e9, prim\u00e1t ve zbyte\u010dn\u00fdch \u0159e\u010dech beru na sebe. Bu\u010fte pros\u00edm trochu sd\u00edln\u00ed a pokud se chcete h\u00e1jit t\u00edm, \u017ee nem\u00e1te \u010das, dovol\u00edm si v\u00e1m v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch \u0159\u00e1dc\u00edch voln\u011b p\u0159ipomenout p\u00e1r my\u0161lenek Anselma Gr\u00fcna z jeho kn\u00ed\u017eky <\/em>Pracovat a \u017e\u00edt.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->\u010cas pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me n\u011bkdy jako protivn\u00edka, ne jako dar. \u010c\u00edm v\u00edce se sna\u017e\u00edme si ho dob\u0159e napl\u00e1novat, organizovat, vyu\u017e\u00edt, t\u00edm v\u00edce n\u011bkdy pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me frustraci, \u017ee ho vlastn\u011b v\u016fbec nem\u00e1me, \u017ee n\u00e1m chyb\u00ed. \u010cas ov\u0161em budeme m\u00edt v\u017edycky \u2013 ale s volbou, jak ho vyu\u017e\u00edt.<\/p>\n<p>\u017diji v \u010dase a zku\u0161enost \u010dasu pat\u0159\u00ed k podstat\u011b m\u00e9 lidsk\u00e9 existence.<br \/>\nMohl bych si tedy vyp\u011bstovat vn\u00edmavost pro \u010das, vyzkou\u0161et si pro\u017e\u00edvat ho jinak, nov\u011b &#8211; zakou\u0161et, \u017ee te\u010f je mi darov\u00e1n pr\u00e1v\u011b tento okam\u017eik k pro\u017eit\u00ed a \u010d\u00edm pln\u011bji se nau\u010d\u00edm pro\u017e\u00edvat p\u0159\u00edtomnost, t\u00edm svobodn\u011bji budu v budoucnu jednat, s novou hloubkou a silou. Kdo z n\u00e1s skute\u010dn\u011b \u017eije v p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9m okam\u017eiku a neut\u00edk\u00e1 se neust\u00e1le do minulosti, s jej\u00edmi \u00fasp\u011bchy, vinami na\u0161imi \u010di druh\u00fdch, nebo do fantazi\u00ed o budoucnosti? \u201eNeurotik je \u010dlov\u011bk, kter\u00fd si d\u011bl\u00e1 starosti kv\u016fli n\u011b\u010demu, co se v minulosti nestalo. Nen\u00ed jako my, norm\u00e1ln\u00ed lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed si d\u011bl\u00e1me starosti kv\u016fli n\u011b\u010demu, co se nestane v budoucnosti\u201c, cituje kohosi A. de Mello. Ne \u017ee bychom se nemohli z minulosti pou\u010dit a prom\u00fd\u0161let realisticky mo\u017enou budoucnost. Jen snad by kvalita na\u0161ich vzpom\u00ednek i na\u0161eho p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edho jedn\u00e1n\u00ed mohla b\u00fdt opravdu lep\u0161\u00ed, kdybychom pln\u011bji pro\u017e\u00edvali p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fd okam\u017eik. \u010cas pak mo\u017en\u00e1 p\u0159estane b\u00fdt na\u0161\u00edm nep\u0159\u00edtelem a ve v\u0161em, co d\u011bl\u00e1me, najdeme napln\u011bn\u00ed. Budeme si ho u\u017e\u00edvat, nau\u010d\u00edme se b\u00fdt a prodl\u00e9vat celou bytost\u00ed v sezen\u00ed, v ch\u016fzi, v naslouch\u00e1n\u00ed, v pr\u00e1ci.<\/p>\n<p>Anselm Gr\u00fcn rad\u00ed, abychom se na \u201esv\u016fj \u010das\u201c trochu pod\u00edvali. Pro\u0161li si, co se v na\u0161em dni m\u00e1 odehr\u00e1vat a p\u0159ijali to. \u201eV\u0161echno m\u00e1 sv\u016fj \u010das \u2013 rozhovor, pr\u00e1ce, p\u0159est\u00e1vky. Z vlastn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti v\u00edm, \u017ee ani den s mnoha domluven\u00fdmi term\u00edny nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt poznamen\u00e1n stresem, dok\u00e1\u017ee-li \u010dlov\u011bk pln\u011b \u017e\u00edt dan\u00fd okam\u017eik a ka\u017ed\u00fd domluven\u00fd term\u00edn absolvovat s klidem. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b se ob\u010das stane, \u017ee se toho z objektivn\u00edch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din semele p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho najednou. Ale i v t\u00e9to situaci z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, abychom si dok\u00e1zali p\u0159iznat, \u017ee sta\u010d\u00edme ud\u011blat v\u017edycky jen jednu v\u011bc, a ne tis\u00edc najednou.\u201c Pomohlo by n\u00e1m, kdybychom si um\u011bli \u010das dob\u0159e rozd\u011blit, to dob\u0159e v\u011bd\u00ed lid\u00e9 \u017eij\u00edc\u00ed v kl\u00e1\u0161terech, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed jak \u010das na pr\u00e1ci, tak na odpo\u010dinek, duchovn\u00ed \u010detbu, modlitbu a setk\u00e1n\u00ed s druh\u00fdmi lidmi. Neznamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee ur\u010dit\u00e1 struktura pr\u016fb\u011bhu dne, je ov\u0161em vhodn\u00e1 jen pro \u0159eholn\u00ed komunitu, v\u017edy\u0165 \u201ekdy\u017e se n\u00e1m poda\u0159\u00ed dob\u0159e strukturovat \u010das, p\u0159estane n\u00e1s pohlcovat.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Docela \u010dasto nejen, \u017ee neum\u00edme \u010das spr\u00e1vn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edt, ale p\u0159\u00edmo j\u00edm pl\u00fdtv\u00e1me \u2013 Anselm Gr\u00fcn zmi\u0148uje kolik \u010dasu ho stoj\u00ed \u00fasil\u00ed o dokonalou formulaci my\u0161lenky, t\u0159eba p\u0159i psan\u00ed dopisu a o\u010d efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed b\u00fdv\u00e1 n\u011bkdy napsat jen to, co si pr\u00e1v\u011b mysl\u00edme.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cas mohu spot\u0159ebov\u00e1vat a z\u00e1rove\u0148 zakou\u0161et a pro\u017e\u00edvat. M\u016f\u017eeme dokonce mluvit o \u010dasov\u00e9 ekologii: to kdy\u017e se nau\u010d\u00edme v \u010dase dob\u0159e, hospod\u00e1rn\u011b pracovat i \u017e\u00edt.
